A great night was had at the 13th Ipswich Sea Scouts hall on Saturday – dancing to the music provided by Skedaddle with varying degrees of skill but invariable hilarity. The company was good and the food – well, I hope it was delicious because Rachael and I provided it, but it was certainly sufficient and appeared to go down well.
People were so generous with their raffle donations that our no-nonsense caller became exasperated with the endless string of prize-winning numbers – but thanks to everyone who helped to contribute to making the festive season of those less fortunate a bit warmer.
