Saxmundham-Kesale walk – Sunday 16th May

Two groups of six met up in Saxmundham carpark for what was (hopefully) the last of the ‘rule of six’ walks. We greeted each other and then, separated by about 15 minutes, walked an eight-mile route around the Saxmundham area.

Rain had been predicted and people were equipped, but we were blessed with a lovely day of brilliant sunshine and warmth.

A picnic lunch was eaten in the churchyard of St Mary and St Peters Kelsale cum Carlton and the day ended with a welcome drink in the beer garden of The Crown in Snape. Great company and lots of laughs, as usual.

Thanks to Glen, Christina, Sarah and Simon for organising.
